Searching Facility
You can find in a matter of seconds an order produced two years ago
what moulding was used? what mountboard was used? what type of glass
was used? etc. Plus you can also edit a back order and change moulding,
details, size, price etc.

Easily enter
customers details
using the customer button Enter your customers name and you will see
a drop down box of names corrosponding to the letters you have typed
in, if your customer is a regular then their name will appear on the
list, simply click on the name and all that customers details will
appear on the order form.(saves time, no need to type them out again!)If
the customer is new then the computer will notice this and automatically
open the new customer form for you to enter all their details including
whether they are trade or retail.By clicking on the add button their
details are added to the database and appear on the list.

allows you to select what type of mount you require ie: square, rectangle,
oval, circle,carved, multi-aperture etc. and how many: single, double,
triple or multiple (with space to enter how many).

Special requirements.
This section allows space for information regarding the order, for
example border widths can be entered here or special insructions regarding
the artwork, details for any plaques or for extra information regarding
the spacing of items plus this section on the order form allows space
for all important diagrams.
