After using 'FrameMan' for nearly two years now I can't imagine how or, more importantly, why I managed without it before.

My Pricing is now accurate and consistent every time and a lot of customers comment on how professional the system is. No one has ever questioned the price quoted by 'the computer', it is very customer friendly.

I have the confidence to know that any framing job will be priced correctly and profitably by any member of staff each and every time. A price quoted today will be the same as that quoted days, or weeks, later if the customer returns to accept the original quotation.

Equally important is the friendly, competent back-up always available at the end of the telephone. Any query no matter how small or trivial is handled pleasantly and quickly, you are never left feeling that you are on your own.
